This formula is the first venture in the world to produce bioplastics derived from Olive’s Seeds which are uneatable! The other biological sources to produce bioplastics are sugar cane, potato starch, cellulose, cotton which are eatable or textile raw therefore in the future, it might be occurred problems regarding the food crisis!


Why we do

Petroleum-based plastics are harmful to human health and environment. They disappear in nature for 750 years and cause 6 kg carbon dioxide emission per kg of plastic. Thankfully, nowadays, people have come to realize the damages of petroleum-based plastics, so a preference of natural compatible products has become the subject. Also, regulations on prohibition of petroleum-based plastics in Europe and some States of America are existing. These are why bioplastic market gets bigger and bigger. However, most of the bioplastics are made of starch or corncobs which are much more expensive than petroleum-based plastics. Therewithal, today’s bioplastics are generally converted to bio-form from petroleum-based plastics so that they are not totally natural. In addition to all, there is a huge food waste problem in the world (1.3 Billion tonnes per year). 

What we do

At this point, biolivenergy completely natural bioplastic granules made of olive's seeds are here in order to make away the problems and fulfill the deficiencies in bioplastic market. biolivenergy granules are naturally antibacterial and antioxidant thanks to activation of “oleuropein” material in olive's seeds. They have inhibition effect on many microorganism including E.Coli. Hence, they increase the shelf life of foods and keep them fresh when foods are covered or placed on biolivenergy bioplastic instead of using expensive nanotechnology to give antibacterial quality to plastics or adding synthetic additives in foods. Moreover, biolivenergy granules are biodegradable, recyclable, transparent and 90% more cost effective than existing bioplastics because of evaluation of a waste output during production. 



A bioplastic is a plastic that is made partly or wholly from polymers derived from biological sources such as sugar cane, potato starch or the cellulose from trees, straw and cotton as well as OLIVE.

Bioplastics are not just one single substance, they comprise of a whole family of materials with differing properties and applications. According to European Bioplastics a plastic material is defined as a bioplastic if it is either biobased, biodegradable, or features both properties.

Against regular bioplastics, derived from sugar cane, potato starch or the cellulose from trees, straw and cotton, we produce it from Olive's seeds which are not food or textile sources like others. Olive's seeds are totally waste which should effect the environment, if does not treat!
